MonTEC is an advanced system for measuring the discharge performance of each electrode in corona and plasma surface treatment equipment.
The MonTEC device uses eight signal channel transmitters (powered by high voltages acting on the processing electrodes) to send discharge-related data to its receiver module.
The core of the system is a micro processor, which can manage all the received data, including data on the control of electrodes and discharge generators, such as PLC devices or computers.
When the monitoring system is calibrated with the electrode system (one or more electrodes), a processing window can be programmed to display the lowest and highest discharge values for each electrode.
MonTE provides real-time data, can control the whole process, and has traceability.
The measured data is sent to the discharge generator PLC or computer through the RS232 / RS485 interface.
